Comments about Lancôme Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup:

This is the first time I've used this product. I love powder foundations like bare minerals and thought I would try this one. The color matched pretty well, but it takes too long for me to apply as a foundation. It seems if you use the damp sponge as they suggest, it takes a long time to build the desired coverage (especially if you need full coverage). Using it as a powder works well if you are already wearing foundation though.

Comments about Lancôme Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup:

After prepping my skin with moisturizer and primer I used this only for 2 days but did not know that the product was fragranced. Normally I don't break out from products but after putting this on my skin and slightly under my eyes to settle my concealer I definitely had an allergic reaction and have now switched to the Clinique pressed powder instead! It's a great product overall and I loved how soft it felt on my skin but just be aware if you are sensitive in any way this is not the foundation for you.

If you're looking for a lightweight powder foundation that makes your skin look flawless, this is the product for you! I have oily skin so I was really worried about whether or not this product would last through out the day but I could easily go 8 hours without a touch up! It's not cakey at all either!

              By Allison

              from Minnesota, USA

Comments about Lancôme Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup:

I was expecting this foundation to have better coverage, but it had VERY sheer coverage! I need more body to it! Also, I didn't realize it was scented, that was an unwanted surprise as I have sensitive skin.

Comments about Lancôme Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup:

This is a lovely powder foundation. I love the fragrance (not old-lady at all to me), the coverage is fine, and it's very silky feeling on my skin. The color match is good as well. I have very sensitive skin and can't wear sunscreen, plus I don't like anything heavy on my face, so this powder is a good choice. Just a little coverage but adds color and evens my skin tone out a bit.

Comments about Lancôme Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup:

Love Dual Finish! Put on light for light coverage or use more for more coverage. Only negative is the powder puff. It wears out quickly.

              Try On First

              By ivyjo

              from Austin, TX, USA

Comments about Lancôme Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup:

If your an African-American woman such as myself, definitely test the colors in person if you can. The color I went with, 470C has a lighter skin-toned woman n the picture and I'm several shades darker than she is. Also, I will go try the 460W as I think a warmer undertone will suite me a little better. Bottom line, because our undertones vary so much, some of these picture matches are way off. It's best to "see" for yourself in person what the best match is.

I wear a 220 Buff (cool) in the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H. What shade would I need in the Dual Finish? I could go a tad bit lighter, but not darker.

                  A:

We recommend either the 220 Buff II (C) or the 230 Ecru II (C). Dual Finish offers sheer to full coverage and the finished look may be slightly different when worn alone or when layered over Teint Idole Ultra 24H.
