With one sweep of the wand, this mascara delivers it all: the same fabulous lengthening, separating and lash defining power of Définicils in a waterproof formula that¿ll withstand tears and and inclement weather without smudging or smearing.       I bought this after trying the Urban Decay's Cannonball which a worker had recommended was so good.....it always flaked and I had raccoon eyes. This however does not flake, does not run, it stays put til you take it off (with eye makeup remover). I teach a lot of fitness classes and I need a mascara that will stay! This one does. I'd have given it 5 stars but it's really costly, so that's my only complaint.
