Night or day under make up,or alone in entire orbital area. Very moisturizing. No change in my under eye dark circles as this is my biggest issue. I do like that I can use under my brow and do not have to be bothered with it irritating my eyes.
Didn't want to pay out that much for a product, although, it is really worth the money! I came back and got the same product again! Love it, it's like Botox in a bottle!! Tammi
