I use this after showering in the morning. It's part of my whole face moisterizing routine. It adds a gentle tingle to my neck area, which feels great on my skin. It goes on smoothly and I haven't experienced any breakouts because of the added oil. It also doesn't smear on my turtlenecks and blouses. There's no residue left on clothing!

This does not work.
