I have used other baked duo eyeshadows from Laura Geller before, along with many of her products, and love love love them! This one was disappointing. It flakes all over, hard to get it on without looking sparkly all over your face.

This product is no longer available through the manufacturer and I was delighted to find it at Ulta! I use the purple color of the duo every day as the "middle" color of three on my eyes. I am 69 and have hooded eyes so eye shadow tends to smear and disappear as the day goes on. I've discovered that the purple color of the duo (my favorite to go with the pink base shadow I use and to offset my blue eyes) does not "travel" or disappear. I just have to have it so have now stockpiled it. I may die before I run out.

I looked forever for this shade combination in a powder. It applies easily and actually stays on until the end of the day when you take it off- no reapplying at mid day! I also love the little bit of sparkle it gives. It's not too much, just enough to keep it soft and subtle. This also work well for the smokey eye look if that's what you need. Perfect for day use or evenings.
