love the color (mossy green, not emerald, not brown!) and it's so smooth to apply and you need to work fast if you want to smudge it or blend before it dries as it pretty much stays in place until you use the make-up remover to get rid of it!
No allergic reactions, no red eye - can use daily unlike alot of other brands ...

I use Tarte eyeliners exclusively now. Love the thick lines and deep colors.

i have looked high and low for an eyeliner that does not run or smudge and leave me with raccoon eyes. and this one DOES NOT. i have really oily skin, but this eyeliner literally does not move. i am not afraid to line my lower lash line with it because i know that is where it will stay all day long

I like this product a lot unfortunately I think I am allergic to the clay as my eyes tear up when I wear it.

I like to use this pencil as sort of a cross between a shadow and an eye pencil. It's not really a pencil, it's more like a very soft crayon, and goes on really smoothly - doesn't pull on your eyes like some. You can put some on and blend it up towards your crease, then put some more on as liner if you really want to emphasize that smoky look. I have both the dark green and dark purple shades, and they are gorgeous. A little hard to sharpen, however, without wasting product. It might be my sharpener, too.

I love Tarte's SmolderEYES liners--I have them in Fig, Plum and Navy--all really flattering to brown eyes like mine.
I have oily skin (and eyelids) and until I tried Tarte, I had never found a pencil liner that stayed in place, even with lid primer. This stuff is fabulous. The blender tip on the other end is very good. Couldn't be happier and can't wait to try GoldBlack.

I had a couple of other smolder liners, but not blue. The blue is very nice.
