I am very happy with the use of the sensitive facial cleanser. I have seen an improvement with my facial skin with the use of this product. I also like it that it has a lot of naturally ingredients. I am also using the sensitive daily moisturizing cream and the sensitive eye cream that I am very happy with.

I have recently discovered I have sensitive skin. I also have extremely oily skin. I got desperate for relief from both and took a chance on this cleanser. My skin is so oily I have to wash twice, but once I figured that out it was awesome. My skin is soft and almost all my blackheads have disappeared! I used to blot the oil on my face every couple of hours. Now I can make it through most of the day now before I have to blot, and that is usually enough to last the rest of the day. This is the healthiest my skin has ever been!

i have very sensitive skin and needed something less drying during the winter than what i usually use - aveeno foaming ultra calming cleanser ... the dry winter was over-drying my face .. i use burt's soap bark chamomille creme cleanser during the summer when i need a little deeper clean ... thought i'd give this a try .. no irritation to my skin, gentle, cleanses but seems to moisturize a bit ... the smell at first is a little weird but it's more of a non-scent and i got used to it after a couple days ... i use it morning and night and i think it has helped my dryness

Prior to getting this product, I had begun using the Aveeno Naturals products, this included: the Aveeno Ultra Calming Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum 15 spf face lotion and Aveeo Smart Essentials Daily Detoxifying Scrub. I purchased both products with the hope to soothe my skin that had not only been drying out from the winter cold, but also breaking out due to stress. I have sensitive, fair skin and had used Aveeno products before with no ill affects; however, my face wasn't being fixed at all. To my disbelief, after my third time using the face wash my face had an allergic reaction to it! My skin was totally raw and red. I then purchased this Burt's Bees lotion and paired it with the Day time moisturizer. The results were AMAZING. Within 3 days the dry spots I had been trying to get rid of for over a month had totally vanished. Better still, the redness on both those dry spots and my cheeks went away. This is the only face wash I will ever use now, and I am never using Aveeno products again!

I have tried a ton of cleansers and each one left my skin dry and tight, but not Burt's Bees! I recommend this to anyone who has had a simialar experience to mine. Great stuff and affordable!

I started using this cleanser because I wanted to try something different. I have only used one other product by Burt's Bees so naturally I thought this one would be nice. This is a creamy cleanser, so no suds much to my disappointment. Also, it feels like it kept a little bit of a film on my face after washing. I'm guessing this is the moisturizing property of the cleanser. I also found that I had more breakouts with this cleanser. I tried to figure out why this was happening, and came to the conclusion that it actually moisturizes a little too much. For my skin, it was a little more moisturizing than I needed. The cleanser is unscented which is nice for those who are sensitive to scents. It also lasts for a long time! A little bit of product goes along way! I don't think that I would purchase this again since it caused me to break out on more than one occasion. But if one is looking for a very moisturizing facial cleanser, this is probably the right one for you.

I tried this product for the first time. I like burt's bees products and this one is great. I wanted a cleanser that is gentle yet effective. This cleaner is just that, and I love that it contains natural ingredients. It's a little on the pricey side, but well worth it.
