I use it after I shower and blow dry upside down and with a round brush. Without it my hair is flat and limp. With it my hair has a bit of oomph that's desperately needed. Bad hair day=bad day to me so I use this almost everyday unless I have work where all I do is put my hair up. Plus, it's inexpensive.

I have thin, fine, highlighted hair and this product did nothing for me. I usually like Tresemme products but not this one so I returned it, thanks to ULTA's great return policy. My hair is short so lift should not have been a problem as it would have been with long hair. My hair ended up "fuzzy" looking and dull. Sorry - doesn't do it fo rme.
