Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Eden Eyeshadow Primer Potion:

While recovering from eye surgery, I needed a primer which would cover the redness of the scars on my eyelids. This really did the trick.

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Eden Eyeshadow Primer Potion:

The only problem at all (no biggie) is that the tube usually starts off somewhat watery. It is not really possible to mix it up in the tube, although I have tried.
However, it is a product that really works well.

Product must have separated in the tube. A clear oil comes out at first squeeze and then chunky globs that cannot be spread on eyelid. I've tried many times, but get the same mess.

          Perfect base and primer!

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Eden Eyeshadow Primer Potion:

I love this primer. I first tried it from the sample packs that comes with the Naked palettes. The first night I tried it on, I forgot to remove my eyeshadow when I went to bed. When I woke up, 8 hours later, the eyeshadow was still intact. There was no creasing at all and it looked exactly how I had first applied just with less shimmer. I have than bought the fullsized and it still makes my eyeshadow last about 24 hours without no creasing. I just love it!

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Eden Eyeshadow Primer Potion:

I had heard a lot of great reviews about this product and tried the sample in the store. I loves the sample as it was so smooth and silky. It was also a good thick consistency. However, when I first used mine, it was VERY watery. It was also pretty gritty. Once rubbed it, the grit went away and blended fine, but it wasn't the silky smooth consistency I had tried in the store. It still works really well and you only need to use a very small amount.

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Eden Eyeshadow Primer Potion:

I wanted to use the product as a primer and undereye concealer. It does work well as a primer, but not that great for under the eye. It's a little too thick and chalky for under the eye. I have like snake skin circles under my eyes and it doesn't hide the texture.

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Eden Eyeshadow Primer Potion:

I"ve used other primers from Urban Decay (the Original and Sin) and loved them so when I picked up Eden the other day I naturally assumed it would be great as well. Nope...I was wrong. The application of this product is so frustrating that I used it twice and threw it away. I can only see the product working for women who are EXTREMELY light skinned/pale. I am Caucasian but have an olive skin tone and this did not blend AT ALL for me. It was to the point that you can still see it even after I've put shadow on. It looks like I'm wearing concealer that is 3 shades too light...horrible. I will not be buying Eden again but will be sticking to either the Primer Potion in Original or Sin.

The skin under my eyes is really discolored. Little kids with no filters have come up to me and asked why my eyes were purple. i have no idea what product can cover it up. Would a primer cover it up?

Original applies nude and dries invisibly. Anti-Aging, like Original, applies nude and dries invisibly but also contains anti-aging ingredients like Dermaxyl and Kalpariane to help correct fine lines and wrinkles. Sin features a champagne shimmer finish. Eden features a nude matte finish. Greed features a yellow gold shimmer finish. Eden, Sin and Greed are shades that can also be worn as shadows or highlighters. All formulas feature a gliding texture and 24-hour crease-free wear.

I have extremely oily eyelids and all my eyeshadow always creases after approx 4 hours no matter what primer I use. Is this product matte, not sparkly? Does it work well holding onto eyeshadow for oily lids? Also, what is the best, longest lasting waterproof liquid eyeliner for oily eyelids, sensitive eyes?
                    Thanks.

No, this product does not have an applicator. Use the squeeze tube to dispense a small amount - a little goes a long way! You can dab it on with your fingers or use an eye shadow brush. Apply like a lotion on your eyelid.
