Believe it or not, I got these because I was looking for an acne product for my almost teenage son, and I didn't like all the chemical junk in the acne products. Saw this packet on the way to the register. He uses them at night to cleanse his face and some of his acne is clearing up.

I bought this product because I have heard of the brand through beauty specialists online and they had good reviews. When I purchase facial wipes, I like my face to feel clean with no residue while also being able to remove all my makeup. With most facial wipes I have used in the past, I can remove waterproof makeup by pinching the lashes with the wipes for a minute or so before wiping them down. But with these wipes, it did not work. I felt as if it was damaging my lashes. I was hoping it would work better because it was marketed as a makeup remover wipe. But overall, it is a good facial cleanser.

I decided to try this product after reading an article written by a magazine editor about "must have" beauty items. She insisted that these towelettes were great multi-taskers, in that they effectively remove make up AND cleanse the skin with one product - a disposable cloth at that. I would agree, especially for travel, that this product lives up to the claim. I have used similar products that I consider more effective and less costly, however, those products do not come in the convenient small travel size that this one does. Kudos to the marketing people for that!
