Comments about Hot Tools Tempest 2000 Salon Turbo IONIC Dryer:
We bought this new hairdryer about a month ago; at the same time I was sporting a cast (from the had to the upper forearm). As you can presume, I did ot have a lot of agility or strength in the hand. This model is light enough to hold with the broken arm, as well as sleek that I could control it while the other arm managed and styled the hair.

Comments about Hot Tools Tempest 2000 Salon Turbo IONIC Dryer:
I have longer, thin hair. I've had several dryers, one being a Chi. I find this to be great quality for the price. It's very lightweight for this size and has all the features. I especially like that it doesn't get too hot. It leaves no frizz. I do use a tiny amount of product so that probably helps. Nice shine in my hair. Overall I am pleased with it. I'd still like to try 1 or 2 others for comparison. But I wanted low EMF and not all fall into this carry. I returned a BaBliss black one after using this as it's so much easier to work with. I've come to decide after reading so many reviews, that like many other beauty tools, it's just simply a personal choice.

Comments about Hot Tools Tempest 2000 Salon Turbo IONIC Dryer:
I can only say great things about this hair dryer. I have long, pretty thick, blond hair and this dryer works perfect in all contemplated areas. Before making this purchase I tried out all of the Ulta store display dryers, and this was the perfect one. My favorite things about it are that it is quiet and lightweight.

Comments about Hot Tools Tempest 2000 Salon Turbo IONIC Dryer:
I paid the extra money in hopes that I might see a difference in my hair, but I didn't. The dryer itself is sleek and lightweight. It advertises it will reduce frizz, add shine and decrease drying time. I saw NO difference in my hair. I returned it and bought a $30.00 Conair. I works just the same and even comes with a cool temperature setting. Much easier to use than the cool shot button that comes with most dryers! Not worth the extra money!

Comments about Hot Tools Tempest 2000 Salon Turbo IONIC Dryer:
I like this dryer and will use it a lot. My only complaint is that I found it very easy to switch from hot to cool when switchng from one hand to another due to the "rocker" design of the buttons. The temperature button is close to the top of the handle and I keep finding that I have turned down the heat without meaning to do so.

Comments about Hot Tools Tempest 2000 Salon Turbo IONIC Dryer:
I had asked for gift cards for Christmas so I could purchase this hairdryer, but was truly disappointed in the design of it. When you hold it,the on/off switch is right where you thumb or forefingers are and I was constantly turning it off by mistake. I tried to adjust, but after 2 wks., I boxed it back up in order to return it. Whoever designed it obviously never uses a dryer!

Comments about Hot Tools Tempest 2000 Salon Turbo IONIC Dryer:
Needed a solid blow dryer for using before work everyday. I have a lot of thin hair so it always takes a long time to dry but this is definitely quicker than a cheaper dryer I had in the past. It also leaves my hair feeling much more sleek than before.

Comments about Hot Tools Tempest 2000 Salon Turbo IONIC Dryer:
I had been searching for what my hair dresser suggested I buy which was a dryer that had a narrow amount of air flow so not to blow my hair all over the place and have more control when styling with a brush. I had bought $150 dryers and $25 dryers and was never happy. She told me to go to a store that allows you to test the dryers (Ulta does) and find the one with the most controlled blow where the air shoots straight down but not out. This way you can put the air exactly where you want to concentrate on the styling brust without all the other hair being blown in twent directions around the brush. My daughter and I spent a lot of time testing every dryer in the place and this we felt was the best. The price was much less than I planned to pay and we got it on sale. It has made a huge difference in the way our hair comes out.
