Comments about ULTA Sun Indoor Tanning Lotion:
Pretty awesome stuff. works great for tanning beds, but also a great moisturizer (makes your skin about 4-5 shades darker instantly. holds up well with washing hands, doesnt stain hands that bad. isntant glow that holds up until you shower.
when you apply, make sure you start at your feet and do section by section in circular motions for an even application and work upward towards your face. and also make sure you take 2-3 baby wipes in with you to wipe your hands off (it doesnt stain bad, but its brown). holds up during gym workout, but drips a little off with sweat. rubs off on clothes, but washes out easily. maybe this would be good over sunscrean for the beach? not sure.

Comments about ULTA Sun Indoor Tanning Lotion:
I picked this up when my co worker recommended Maui Babe to me. I've used tanning salons in the past, and I was NOT willing to fork over $70 for a bottle that is worth $10. I saw that this indoor tanning lotion (Ulta brand "Maui Babe") was priced right and decided to pick up a bottle.
My first thought at the tanning salon was concern. I put the lotion on and it was a bit streaky brown. However, if you're an experienced tanner, you know that LESS IS MORE and you really need to be rubbing that stuff in. I used a bit less product on the rest of my body and rubbed in thoroughly, as you should do with ANY lotion. I toweled off my hands.
I can notice the difference after only a day of use. This stuff really works, however, you MUST rub it in. I'm sure the brown could bleed onto clothing, but personally, I never wear nice clothes tanning. If anything, it's jeans and a junky top or sweats. I think it's kind of gross since i'm all sweaty after anyways, so this is no problem for me. Towel off when you're done and don't wear expensive clothes, and you should be golden (literally!).
And for people who say the brown sinks into rough patches, that's probably true. The way to solve that is to keep your skin thoroughly moisturized, especially those rough patches, which I do anyways. Exfoliate regularly, and you should be fine.
I plan on finishing this bottle and will update if my review still doesn't hold true. I think all the negative reviews are a result of people just not using the product like it should be used, which is sparingly and worked into the skin WELL. And the thought of leaving clothes on after tanning anyways is yucky to me, at least nice ones. This is a post - work activity for me, I usually bring sweats to change into after my tan.

stained my hands and rough patches on my heels for days after. Loved the natural ingredients and smell. didn't stain my exfoliated med complexion skin but did promote better browning.
Will return it because I d not want something that stains so easily.

Comments about ULTA Sun Indoor Tanning Lotion:
This lotion is terrible! I bought this in the interim while waiting on my Amazon order of Pink
Diamond (Pink Diamond is fabulous, by the way)and I was so disappointed. It was nasty, greasy and totally streaky. It left the tanning bed a pure mess, like a chocolate bar had melted inside it - not to mention leaving me a sticky, streaky mess. I am throwing this out and hoping my Pink Diamond arrives soon!

I went to Ulta and I really wanted to buy MAUI BABE but they ran out. I decided to try this out. It's a waste of time and money. Once Maui Babe is restocked, I'm going to buy it. I really wish I had waited but I wanted to tan the next day.

Comments about ULTA Sun Indoor Tanning Lotion:
When I tried to rub the product in, it stained my hands and left dark streaks across my body, when I tried to rub the streaks in, the product just clumpped up and looked like dirt on my body. The "bronzer" or tint in it washed off in the shower.
