Comments about Real Techniques Stippling Brush:

I really love this brush I use it every day and i love that it makes my foundation look great. The down side to the brush is that I hate the fact that it sheds so much and that I have had to buy a 2nd brush to replace the first one that i had because it fell apart the bristles came out of the actual brush and I am sad that the new one that i got is also starting to fall apart. I wish that they would do something so that that wouldn't happen and that it didn't shed at all like the other brushes! I just hope that i don't end up having to buy a 3rd one!!

Disappointed

By jewels67

from Concord, NC, United States

Comments about Real Techniques Stippling Brush:

I bought a bunch of the RT brushes a while ago and this is the only one that failed. I only used it twice before the bristles started falling out of it. And it wasn't a hair here and there, I'm talking about a good quarter of the bristles are gone from it! I was using it when this happened, so I had clumps of bristles on my face. Good t.his I didn't spend a lot of money on it

The Best Brush You Will Ever Buy!

By MeMeMe

from Undisclosed

Comments about Real Techniques Stippling Brush:

I use this brush for everything. Foundation, blush, powder and contouring. Even neutral eyeshadow. Get this and a lip brush and you can do your entire face. I love to buy products in tubes, like the foundation stick and the nars multiples. "Stipple on the product and then stipple it on your face! Love this brush. Also to clean. Just take a little toner and blot it on the brush. Then stipple it off on to a towel that you trow in the wash. Your brush will be so clean and you dont have to wait forever to dry it.

Comments about Real Techniques Stippling Brush:

i love this brush. its amazing for applying foundation! it really helps blend it all out and evenly and it doesnt soak up all your foundation. it feels a little odd at first but if you use it in stippling motions, it works great. i wish real tech made a flat stippling brush :(
but i do love this one!

Comments about Real Techniques Stippling Brush:

A friend recommended buying a stippling brush. So I decided to search around and I found Real Techniques. I'm in love with this brand. Great price, and the brushes are great! This stippling brush works wonderful. It leaves an airbrush finish with stippling for my foundation, and I've used it with tinted moisturizer and gives good coverage for the little amount you used. I've used this brush on my mom, and she loves the way it finishes and covers. I do want to try the Expert Face Brush to see the difference in finishes, but definitely recommend this brush. I've also read on PixieWoo (Samantha Chapmans Youtube) that she also uses it for apply cream highlighter on her cheeks over powder/blush, and it doesn't cake. Tried it once, and I agree! This brush is definitely worth a try! p.s. also easy to clean and the bristles do not shed!

    Hair Bristles Fell Off

    By Vielka

    from Miami, FL.

Comments about Real Techniques Stippling Brush:

I absolutely love your brushes, but sadly the hair bristles of the stippling brush fell off after about 7-8 months. I was hoping that it would last longer. I hope this doesn't happen to the rest of my brushes.

Comments about Real Techniques Stippling Brush:

I use this brush to apply and blend liquid foundation for my every day makeup, and I think it works great. It doesn't shed even after washing it, it doesn't diminish the coverage of my foundation, (some brushes just soak up all your product) and my foundation looks great when I'm done applying. However, it does leave a few streaks if you don't blend enough, but after I apply powder on top, it fixes itself up.
Overall, I like using this brush. It hasn't had any problems besides minor streaking, and the price is so nice to my wallet. Real Techniques brushes are amazing quality at such a wallet-friendly price.

I'm using it to apply liquid foundation, and the finishing it provides is wonderful. All I heard about this brush is true! I need to have the whole collection. By jennifer13

      from Ontario, CA, United States

Comments about Real Techniques Stippling Brush:

i bought this brush at rite aid and i was sooo excited about it, but to my disappointment i washed it as soon as i got home so that i could use it later that day and it was shedding in ridiculous amount, i mean like half of the brush was gone, i took it back to the store and asked for a refund. waste of money.

      • Q:

Could this brush be used with the bare minerals bareskin serum? Or with any liquid foundation? I'm trying to find a brush for liquid foundation that is cheap and won't leave the makeup streaky. I need a medium to full coverage without looking cakey! Since I have oily/combination skin I need something that won't clog pores as well.
        -Thanks! :)
Asked on 5/20/2014 by Beach Chic from Greenville, SC

        • Staff Reviewer

          A:

Yes, this brush would work well to apply bareMinerals bareSkin Foundation and any liquid foundation! This brush actually can be used to apply all types of makeup including powder, liquid, and cream foundations, as well as powder and cream blushes. It provides airbrushed, high-definition results.

With bareSkin, apply 4 drops for medium coverage and 6 drops for full coverage. bareSkin is also oil-free, non-comedogenic, and great for all skin types including oily/combination skin.
