I Love this Lotion, it has really improved my dry skin! Sometimes the pump stops working about halfway through the bottle. I also think they should make the dip stick longer, that might also help with the pump function and make it easier to get the lotion from the bottom of the bottle.

the pump only works for about 2/3 of bottle - the you have to put the botle unside down in a small container and wait for it to fill up before using the rest of it. when will they make a good pump or doesn't the company care that there is so much waste.

I have been using this product for almost a year now. Am into my 6th or 7th bottle so you can say I do use it a lot. The thing is, the pump fails half-way for EACH of the bottles that I've used. It is so frustrating as then I would have to turn the bottle upside down to retrieve the rest of the moisturiser manually. Have read the reviews, I'm not the first one complaining about the pump, so please do fix it! Other than that, it is an excellent product!

Over the years I've tried many moisturizers but this is the only one that has made such a noticeable difference in my skin. Love it. The pump is handy except when you get 2/3 down....it won't pump anymore. I do recommend your lotion to friends but warn them about pump. Maybe you could include a flip top lid for use when the pump stops working.

Well I loved this product but can't seem to be able to find it anymore. It was so beautiful subtly enhancing skin color. I have very fair skin tone and the med. skin tone would give me just the right color without turning my skin orange Please help me .

This is the only lotion that keeps my skin from drying out during the winter. I've tried them all!

I love this lotion! By far, the best on the market. But the pump never reaches the bottom 1/3 of lotion... so frustrating. Please fix the pump, or sell a lotion refill.

I love this product I've been using it for a couple of years and like that I can use it on my face besides the rest of my body. My only complaint is the pump bottle never lets you use the lotion in the bottom. I have to remove pump and insert the stick into bottle and scrape lotion out, not good.

I never used to use body lotion on a daily basis just because I hated the way they felt and never really felt like they were making a difference but with this one you can actually feel your skin feeling better, even the next day. Love it!
