I tried this to replace the St. Ives Fresh Skin make up removing cleanser since it was discontinued. It specifically says gentle on eye area, but it burned the skin around my eyes more than cleansers that have acne medication! The next day the skin around my eyes was chapped and very irritated. I couldn't even wear make up. Maybe I am just allergic to it. I'm also not a fan of the smell.. I tried using it as a hand wash to remove the make up on my hands after doing my make up, and ended up having to mix it with a regular hand soap just to deal with the smell. It gives me a headache.. probably because I associate it with the bad reaction.

I was in Ulta today and I was inquiring about a cleanser. My face just had a bad reaction to a skin care line (I won't say) but the gal recommended this product to me. I have used Neutrogena face wipes on and off for years so I know a little about the line. She assured me that this removes all make up and that I would not need a "eye make up remover". I bought some took it home and tried it. WOWOW.... all I can say!!! It took off all of my make up and cleansed my skin perfectly! AND AND I only paid $6 something. I was so excited to find a product that was a budget buy and worked! It just doesn't get much better! I love this new line of Neutrogena Naturals. Don't be hesitant to at least try it! It definitely worked for me! I will use again and again!

I tried this make up removing cleanser because my favorite one was discontinued and I hate it SO much. It claims to be gentle on the eye area, but it irritated my eyes and the skin around my eyes so bad, I had to sleep with tissues because they burned and were watering. I flushed with water, tried everything. The next day the entire area around my eyes were dry and red.. I've used peroxides and other acne medications near my eyes less irritating than this product.

I've never been one to use separate products to remove eye makeup and wash my face. I like products that can do it all. I've been searching for a good one since my favorite was discontinued, and this is the closest I've come. It really removes all of my eye makeup, but it dries the heck out of my already dry skin, and sometimes leaves irritated patches.

I use this two times a day and it doesn't dry out my skin like other face washes. It's easy to use and makes my face feel fresh and clean.

I am used to using expensive spa products, I bought this product out of curiosity and I absolutley love it! It smells great and does the job it promises,it takes off eye make up as well as washing your face!

I use this cleanser in the morning in the shower. it is gentle. It doesn't feel greasy or leave my skin feeling dry.
