i use straight out of the shower and it does wonders. does not weigh on your hair. my hair is very fair and thin so it shows build up easy, but this product works great. my hair was recently permed AKA overworked and fried. this product has helped to restore my oil reserver in my hair and continues to help fight my frizz.

I have tried several of the Redkin conditioners ever since they discontinued Rescue Force. None of the others compare! This is another one that does not compare. Rescue Force gave my hair managability, body, and shine. This product was too heavy for my hair. I have thick, fine hair. I will not purchase it again.

I use this after everyshower and leave it in while I style my hair either curly or strait. If you use too much it can weigh your hair down and make it feel oily.
