Have used this product for several decades. It rebuilds protein in the hair shaft, really changing the structure. Regular cream conditioners can't do this. Use weekly after a deep cleansing shampoo that removes the build up of daily conditioners.

I bought this because I have thick hair and conditioners tend to weigh it down. It didn't disappoint. You just spray on in the shower and either rinse after two minutes or leave it in. The first time I rinsed out, second time I left in. Even leaving in, my shoulder length hair didn't get limp. Just shiny and easy to comb. It's a keeper.

I like this conditioning treatment because it is a change from the every day routine of my regular conditioner. I feel that this product throws my hair a curve-ball and recharges it.
