I bought this product to test it out if it worked.. I was so excited but I got home and followed the directions to let it warm up the wax and it says for about 25 min or so.. and the wax still hadn't melted.. after 2.5 hours of waiting it hadn't made a dent in melting the way.. I don't know if the heater was defective or not but they need to build the heating metal that goes all around the jar and not just a 1"x1" square at the bottom to heat it up.. maybe if they fix that and it heats up better and faster I'd try it again but I do not recommend this product at all

This product seemed like a good idea, but not enough heat diffuses through the little holder to melt all the wax evenly. I had to let it melt as much as it could (about half), pull out a hunk of it, and only use the half left, fully melted and hot. Then it was useable and did a servicable job.

The wax would never melt even after leaving in the warmer for over an hour. I would take this back to the store but I did not save the receipt.

I was very excited to use this product when I first got it. The indication says to let it warm up for 30 minutes before use. I had it on for 6 HOURS and the wax still did NOT melt. I am very disappointed, taking it back tomorrow!

I was looking for a different wax brand that I have been used to buying for years. When I saw this was my only option I was hesitant to buy it, but I love Ulta for having the its return policies where if I don't like what I buy I can always return, no questions asked. I have to say this product is way better than the wax I used for all this years. It is not sticky, it does not spread and it works very well. I will definitely buy again.

You let this product warm in it's holder. When you stir it to test the heat be careful! I stuck the stick in bowl and it oozed out all over the sides of the warmer.
Then you simply apply it via stick to your facial hair going on in the opposite direction of hair growth. It works great! Be careful on upper lip, though, because it is extremely tender!!
Afterwards I used Johnson's Baby Oil to remove any wax that did not come off during the "peeling off stage."
