I liked this as a suntan lotion. I originally bought this as a daily moisturizer, but you can't use this before putting makeup on in the morning or before going to bed - too greasy.

Terribly strong scent, and left my skin feeling gross. I like my moisturizers to have a "clean" feel to them.. This one certainly does not. It is also thick and hard to rub in clearly. I found my skin didn't glow, it was just greasy. I guess the sunscreen in it is practical.. But beyond that I wouldn't use this. I don't think I will even finish what I have before re-purchasing. I was disappointed because I usually love Aveeno products.

First applied to my skin, it turned oily in 3 hrs time. Returning this lotion. If that doesn't bother anyone, then this is great.

This is more like a sunblock than a moisturizer. It is very thick and hard to rub in. (It also leaves a white cast, even though I try to rub it in good.) It makes my face more greasy than moisturized. It is also very fragranced, and that bothers me because I feel as though I am just putting a ton of chemicals on my face.

Heavily scented. I guess it's to mask the normal sunscreen smell but as soon as I smelled how fragrant it was I knew I wasn't going to react well to it.
I have pretty sensitive skin and it turned me red and broke me out immediately.
If you have sensitive skin DO NOT USE!!!
Bottle says hypoallergenic, I disagree.

I usually stick to neutrogena or say yes products but it was on sale and I needed a new one. I should have stuck to my regulars. Its functional but doesn't do anything great for my combination skin. Not as moisturizing as Id like.

I've been using the normal Aveeno Daily Moisturizer [the one with the green pump], but I thought I needed a change and 'Smart Essentials' would work. I was excited to try it. The pump is cool and it feel thin when applying. However, once it absorbs, it becomes thick and hard to apply, so you have to apply quickly. Also, throughout the day, my face started getting greasy/oily when it never happened before because I have normal skin. I'm definitely switching back to the normal daily moisturizer once I finish this off..

I always have a problem using a facial sunscreen. My face always feels greasy and "dirty". This is the best I have found. Still a little heavier feel that ideal, but acceptable.
