I have used this for over a month now and there has been no change in the puffiness of my eyes. In fact, I have noticed no change in the skin beneath my eyes, wish I hadn't wasted my money.

I like the rollerball because it adds an extra cooling effect, and as long as there is product on it, it does not pull on the skin. I do think it helps my eyes feel and look better. Always give it a shake before you put it on, or else you won't get the product on the ball!

I used this and within a day I noticed the difference. I use twicw a day after I was washing my face. If it is still wet I lightly pat with ring finger so no pressure is added.

The packaging on this is TERRIBLE!!! I can hardly get any of the product out. And the few times that I have been able to get a TINY bit out, it does absolutely nothing for me.
