Bought two for gifts. One was missing a clip. Called in and got a replacement but wasn't able to select color (brown or black). Gave the good one away as a gift. Recipient loved it. Not recommended for rough usage. Not very durable plastic. Clips will eventually snap off if not handled gently. Takes some practice to manipulate hair like the pictures. Hot glue and some clips to a stronger headband would be better/durable.

I saw a friend who had one of these in her hair and it was the cutest thing ever! I looked online at ULTA and found one. I was a little worried that it would be difficult to put in, but it is SO EASY!!! It gives you a very nice pretty look, very quickly and easily!! I wear this many times during the week and I ALWAYS get compliments!! :-)
