I followed the instructions on the package to use these to create a bun. I still had to use bobby pins to secure the bun and it didn't stay up after 4 hours.

These are a great way to put your hair up and keep it up all day without pulling. Once you spin these pins in they stay put comfortably all day/night. I've never had to fix my hair during the day when I have these holding my hair. I use them to hold a bun, a french twist, a loose updo and even just to hold the top half of my hair up. I'm sure there are a ton of different things you can do with them if you are willing to experiment. My hair is thick and long so I use 3 or 4 of them at a time rather than just the two. I never have to use bobby pins anymore, so much gentler on my hair too.

These Spin Pins are amazing! I have long, thick, Native American hair and these somehow manage to hold up all day. I love the low side bun style they recommend and I also do a normal messy bun with these. Get them! I thought the price was a little much for just two pins at first... but turns out, totally worth it!

Love love loe these. Wish the price was a little better or you get at least one or two more. Great hold works really well for curly hair but all straight thin hair. Totally recccomend.

The spin pin allows you to do different hair styles with a salon look. I have done buns, side twists, ponytails, and other styles. The pins are easy to use and you don't lose any hair when putting them in or taking them out. If you have very thick hair they might not work for you, or you may need more than the two pins that come in a pack.
