A highly pigmented loose powder in a canister that dispenses just the right amount of product each time. Start in the closed position, shake lightly and open to release. The sifter mechanism measures out enough shadow for one application. Dust or pat onto the eyes, cheeks or even body for brilliant shimmering highlights. The vivid results last from dust till dawn.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
For a loose powder eyeshadow this one is not messy. Easy to apply and blends very well. Stays on all day. I have the same color I started my day with when I go to take it off.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
I purchased this in a holiday set at the urging of the Napoleon Perdis rep in store one evening. I ended up using it for the New Years holiday. I received so many compliments with my Ruby Woo lipstick!! I put on a cream shadow base then applied the eye dust over top. I just didn't care for the glitter fallout over my cheeks, which stuck around even after I applied my foundation-not good. Other than that I love this shadow & will invest in more in the near future.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
I really love this eyeshadow! It is so easy to use,and the case only dispenses enough product for 1 use at a time, so it does not make a mess (or waste product.) The star dust is a nice rosy gold that really compliments my blue eyes. I will be buying this in other colors too.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
A salesperson recommended I use this on my cheekbones as a highlighter, rather than a designated shimmery highlight product. It works well for that purpose- gives a little bit of sheen without being chalky like some other products. It is great on the eyes as well; I like to sweep it over my other colors for a little shimmer.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
Color that stays looking the way it does from the time you put it on until you take it off (unless you rub it off first). :) The only potential downside is that you must apply it with your fingertip.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
The colors are gorgeous in the container but when you put them on they are alot darker and they are very sparkly. The price is way too high for what you get
