Yes, absolutely! You can certainly dampen the brush to apply the shadows "wet" for increased color payoff or as eyeliner.

The original Naked Palette at one point had a travel size primer potion, but no longer; currently, the Naked Palette comes with a sample card of UD eye shadow primer potions: eden, anti aging, original and sin. We hope this info helps!

Either palette is universally flattering and can be used across all complexions and hair and eye colors, so which to use is a matter of personal preference. The original Naked Palette features bronze-hued neutrals, while Naked2 features taupe-hued neutrals. You can certainly use the two palettes together to create an endless combination of looks. Please note that both palettes' shades and finishes may be tested at your nearest ULTA store, if you prefer:

All three palettes are universally flattering and can be used across all complexions and hair and eye colors, so which to use is a matter of personal preference. The original Naked Palette features bronze-hued neutrals, Naked2 features taupe-hued neutrals, and Naked3 features rose-hued neutrals.

From Urban Decay's Product Development Team:

                                      Regarding developing new colors:
"Since the Naked palettes are one of the most knocked off products we make, we have to keep our shade development secrets under wraps. If we told you, we’d have to kill you." ;-)

                                      Regarding naming new colors:
"In general, we really don't shy away from much. We don't swear in our names, but we do use a lot of street names for all kinds of different things. We put it all on the table with a collection of names, and we edit from there. Sometimes the name is just there; other times, we refer to this list of names that we keep when we're stuck. Other times, nothing on the list works, so we get a whole group around the table to brainstorm. There are no rules in the room, and nothing is too awful!"
