i used this one time at a friends house and fell in love! it made my hair silky and soft, then i bought it for myself and after about 2 uses my hair got very very very dry no matter how much conditioner i used! it made my hair tangled and hard to brush. i ended up losing a lot of hair because it would break off from having it spend hours brushing out the tangles. the only good thing about this shampoo is the smell. its a nice coconut tanning oil smell. so i bought the oil instead. i returned this product along with the conditioner. not worth the horrible tangles.

I color my hair quite a bit and I am talking full bleach and crazy color...this stuff is the only thing I use now...I took a break from it when I couldn't find it at the store but I regretted it. This stuff makes even the most damaged hair soft again after only about 2 or 3 uses...I highly recommend this product.

My hair is thick, wavy, and pretty frizzy. I never wear it down because its so big. I bought this when it was on sale at CVS despite the terrible reviews I read about it. I still had hope. Oh my, this makes my hair so smooth and much straighter! My hair isn't stick straight but it is definitely straight enough to wear down.
My hair before had an amorphous shape, in between crimped and just flat. But now this makes my waves look very nice!!
I definitely will buy this again (when it's on sale ! :P)

This is the best product ever, when you use it it will make your hair hard while wet after you apply the conditioner and leave in for about 30 minutes or more and then blow dry, it feels so soft and smooth if you flat iron ( for best straighten results) use a flat iron mist. My hair was breaking off from stress and within a couple of months it was healthier and longer people ask me all the time what salon do I go too, of my answer is me! I have everyone I know using this product. If you flat iron or blow dry after, you will get the results you need. I buy it by the bulk, I never want to be without it!
