Love this shampoo and conditioner...doesn't lighten hair in my opinion, but does brighten highlights. I usually use Shimmer Lights by Clariol but now will use this line of products!

I love this product. I am a natural blonde and have been frustrated with my color getting darker over the years. I have used this shampoo, along with the conditioner, for several months. People are asking me if I've had my hair colored. My natural color is enhanced without looking orange or tarnished. Best yet, it isn't one of those products you have to use every day to maintain the effect. I occasionally use an alternative shampoo/conditioner and don't have any problems with my color being altered.

Literally this product changed my life. I was a white blonde as a child but as I got older (I am 13) my hair was getting brassy and dark. My friend told me about John Frieda Sheer Blonde and I begged my mom if I could try it and she finally gave in. I rushed home and washed my hair with the Shampoo, Conditioner, and spray and my hair was already a lot sunnier. I've been using it for about a month now and My hair is the color I've always wanted it to be. My mom even admits it looks a lot lighter! I have gotten highlights once before but no one could tell the difference and it costed way to much! BUY THIS!!! It will change your life!

This does clean your hair and gradually lightens it, however, my hair feels drier when I use it so I alternate with my regular shampoo

i'm a natural blonde and over the years my hair has gotten darker so i tried this shampoo and conditioner to see if it would work but it hasn't really done anything except make my hair look greasy the day after i shower. I also felt that it left my hair kind of dried out when my hair would dry after showering

So I am naturally a dirty blonde but I like to lighten my hair to a golden/light blonde so I usually just dye it at home. My roots started coming in and I wanted to touch them up, so I bought a neutral medium blonde dye and used it both on the roots and the lengths of my hair. My hair became dark brown for some reason, so I re-colored it a lighter sun blonde with the same brand, after the r-color my hair turned two toned, the roots a brassy orange, the ends a dark tinge of green. I really didn't want to re-dye my hair nor did I want to see a specialist, and I had the Go Blonder shampoo and conditioner lying around in my cabinet, so I decided to use it. After just one use I was surprised to see my hair actually one event tone, a golden blonde tone with some neutral tones as well. I love the turnout, this stuff saved my disgusting hair!!! =)
Would totally recommend this to any blonde who wants to revive the tone of their hair!

makes hair soft/silky. Scent is pleasant.
