I use the shampoo and conditioner every day. I color my hair, blow dry and sometime flat iron. Redkin keeps my color looking great and helps protect against all the stuff I'm doing to it. I've had an extra bonus I didn't expect as well. I have thinner hair and found my hair is thicker since using Redken, even my hair lady noticed. Love this stuff!!!
