This product is average for the amount of body it adds to your hair. I have used beter products.
This made my thin hair too soft that it fell flat, I had no volume. Had to return.

Redken Body Full shampoo is great for fine hair. I have thin hair, but a lot of it. Often, my hair looks limp and dull, but after using this shampoo, it bounces and is full of life. I don't even have to use products!
I also follow with Body Full conditioner on a daily basis, being careful not to use too much of it. My hair is chemically altered (highlighted) and can become dry without the use of conditioner. Body Full conditioner is light and is useful when used in conjunction with the shampoo. I highly recommend both products in the line of Redken products.
