Not true to color on me. I have a couple other Tarte lip lusters and they are true to color. This pink turns orange/red on me.

I love tarte products overall, my first product ever with tarte was these lip surgence sticks I have 5 of them so far they have glossy ones to go over the matt ones if u decide to purchase thise, they last long and have a vareity of colors for all skin toned peoples. Ill definetly be buying morr, my favorite two are lively and lucky. Lucky is kinda like a nude but fair bubble gum pink color, I love this one so much that im almost done using it.

I really love the Tarte Lipsurgence products. I have a few different colors. My only issues are that you need to reapply soon after. Also, The achiote color that i chose is not as color saturated as the other color I have. It's a beautiful color but it doesn't show as well on my dark skin as the peachy orange color does.

Wonderful product. Moisturizing. Also stains lips so that it has staying power. You need to reapply after eating, but there is still color on lips.

I love this lip balm. It had been compared to the Revlon Lip Balm with the minty flavors, but in my opinion there's no comparison. The Tarte is much more moisturizing, it lasts longer and has a lighter flavor so it doesn't overpower. The gold glints give such a lovely shimmer for an evening look or just an extra pop for daytime. The pouty color looked rather bright but when I tried it the color was smooth and bright without looking clownish. Great lip balm pencil.
