While there isn't a shade chart, I think it may have possibly maybe done something. Perhaps. It burns like crazy - even has a bubbling boiling sensation in spots - but once I figured out that it will operate with just one tube of the gel the overflow decreased and the process became tolerable. It's not rechargeable and it looks like a battery change would require sending it in. The instructions say you can do a complete whitening cycle - ten 5 minute sessions - all at once. I am not sensitive and can only manage every other day at best as my gums are tender and have that injured "taste" in spots. Not so sure I'll even keep it. At least I had a coupon...

I bought this because it promised no snesitivty, well my teeth didn't get sensitive, but 2 days in my gums were nearly torn apart. I'll have to take a break for a few weeks then continue, but my teeth atre obviously whiter even in that short time
