I love this product. You don't need to use much and it really reduces the frizz I can get. My hair if fine, with some wave, but I have a lot, so it gets a little out of control. Does not weigh down my hair, either.

I am African American and I relax my hair but in between relaxers, I use the John Freida serum repaiar for ends. It is amazing. It smoothes my hair so that I don't have to use the flat iron much. My daughter relaxes my hair and she has noticed a difference. She said my hair feels so good.

Use a small amount and apply to hair ends. This product is very light weight and wont leave your hair greasy nor heavy. Hair feels immediately soft, silky and smells so great!. You can use your hairdryer or leave it damp for natural look.

This product really helped repair my damaged hair. I concentrate on applying to the the ends where my hair is the most heat damaged from flat irons. The only con is this product comes in such a small bottle that it doesn't last very long.

Already using the Sheer Mist in the John Frieda Full Repair line, and thought I would try this. Another great product. I have a top layer that is "beat up", from growing out short hair to longer length, and this helps smooth that damage down. Experiment with right amount for your hair's coarseness, level of dryness, etc., to avoid weighing hair down from using too much product.
