This product does work at thinning polish (which is what I used it for - to revive thick nail polish). It gives it a new and thinner finish again. Great for getting more use from your polishes that are getting gooey thick. The downside is that it only lasts temorarily. After a couple uses, the polish is thick again and you will have to add more. The included dropper doesn't work the best. Restore also doesn't mix thoroughly through the polish, but I found it's the only thinner that actually works and doesn't ruin your polish. Too bad it doesn't last.

I LOVE SECHE VITE AND IT DOES GET TOO THICK ABOUT HALF WAY THRU THE BOTTLE. THE RESTORER IS GREAT

My Seche Vite bottle went goopy on me before it was even half-gone. This brought it back to life, without affecting performance at all.

I LOVE my Seche Top Coat but it can get thick, esp as I sometimes do not need to do my nails but every 7-12 days. I found this product and it is FANTASTIC. By adding a few drops into my Seche Top Coat I find it restores it completely like it was brand new and I can continue to use the entire bottle. I just found it again at ULTA 3 and flipped-so happy! So worth the money as I don't have to throw away a great product like my top coat. I definately recommend this product.

I've had to buy about three top coats this year alone. Finally, I found the thinner in Ulta.

I was excited to revive the consistency in my top coat, but I think it's to dry now or I might have to apply more than just a couple drops to the top coat.

Bottom line, so far, it hasn't worked.

This product is soooooooo much better than using nail polish remover!!!
You will get your money's worth out of all your polish using this restorer=)
I have used this product for years, and it's worked for any brand of polish...
You will wonder why you haven't used it sooner!!!

I started using the Seche Vite topcoat earlier this year and aboslutely love it! The only issue is, it started getting really stringy and thick. From what I've read, their Seche Vite Restore is the only thing to bring it back to life and it has worked! I haven't used this with any other older polishes... At first I don't think I was adding enough, but after more drops, I got my topcoat working again. Don't be shy when adding this stuff!
