I used Almay for years. Stopped using for the same reasons I found again after a long time. The brush came out loaded with mascara; gooey, gloppy and one big mess. I tried using an eyelash brush, but it just gummed up. I am done with Almay mascara for good.

I have been using Almay mascara for a couple of years now. I started using it as my eyes have become very sensitive to many other brands. Not only did I find a mascara that is hypo allergenic but it goes on great, wears well and is reasonably priced.

I always read reviews of products, and I should have paid attention to other complaining about how difficult this product is to remove. But, I had a great coupon, buy two and get $5.00 off. Live and learn.

Been using this mascara for years, favorite for daytime or evening! The brush, the formula and the price is the best!

The worst brush! When you open it all the mascara sticks to the applicator brush and makes it impossible to apply. Pretty much have to remove most of the mascara from the brush prior to application.Also the brush in general is just awful.

Only one side of the brush has bristles which if fine, but feel like the bristles on the that side could have been a little bit longer.Did give me more volume.

I bought this for my teen-aged daughter. Many mascaras burn her eyes, this one did not. She has very long lashes and this mascara defined her lashes without clumping. The end result looked great. There was some flaking after 6 hours (end of school day).
