Love that I can wax my brows at home anytime, not have to make appt. at salon OR pay anymore. This was easy to use and very inexpensive.

I thought this product would be better for waxing than what I use now. But it took too long to heat up for me. I dont have that amount of time to wait.

The wax unit was so hot I could not even get the container out of the heating unit. Let alone put the scalding hot wax on my skin. I promptly returned it.

Ok, so I read the other reviews and for the most part they are right.. I have had this product for over 10 years and mine heats the wax just fine. However, I realized first try the rollers suck, so I chunked them a long time ago. I just use a toothpick and dip it into the wax for my eyebrows. It is messy, but it works for me.

The heating unit never melted the wax. Decided to warm the wax container themselves in hot water. The product missed a lot of hair.
My hairstylist suggest to buy myself a small crockpot (the kind for melting chocolate) then adding wax.

The Worst product ever. Never buy it! I wish i had read the reviews before buying it. Anyways returned it within 3 days and got all my money refunded. The wax doesn't heat even after one hour,due to which the roller doesn't roll out the wax. Wax strips weren't good either.

Wish I had read the reviews online before buying this kit. It is total junk and a waste of time. That was more important to me than the waste of money since it was really cheap. Wax did not come out, pulled at the skin as it was coming out, would not stick to the fabric strip if you were reusing the strip, left hair behind. Took way longer to warm up than it says in the instructions, the small roller never warmed up enough that the wax would come out. It is going back TODAY.

I bought this today in hopes of doing a little "maintenance" before my husband comes home from oversea's. Unfortunately, the warmer that it came with does not even melt the wax product! The directions say that it should be ready to go after 30-45 minutes. I had left the wax rollers in twice that time and it still was not the right consistency. I was able to get some wax out through the roller by squeezing on the tube, but not being warm enough, it pulled on my skin during application, and came out gloppy. After removing the cloth strip I still had gooey chunks of wax that is a real pain to get of by "rubbing with oil for a few minutes". Total disappointing.

Didn't like it messy doesn't warm up enough and it takes forever to warm, sound great those small ones but completely useless would not recommend, yes cheap, yet useless
