I absolutely LOVE this product. I also like the conditioner and the leave in conditioner. I don't tend to spend a lot of money on beauty or hair products but I will spend extra on the Pro Mend.

I. Love. This. Line. I have a MASSIVE amount of hair, and it's fine, wavy, oily, and I treat it terribly (coloring, bleaching, straightening, blow drying), so I have split ends out the wazoo... I've tried anything and everything to help my hair so that I can grow it out after all of the horrible things I do to it. And this makes my hair look like I just got it cut! Because I have fine hair, I can't use anything too heavy, but I still need a lot of moisture. And this does it! Even if I happen to put too much of the after shower products in, and my ends are a little greasy, my hair soaks it right up! I use the shampoo, conditioner (which makes my hair feel amazing even before drying) and then I use the targeted leave in treatment, heat protectant, and it works amazingly! But I also cheat and use the John Frieda frizz ease extra strength serum..
This line smells great, makes my damaged hair feel like silk, and I haven't gotten a hair cut in 6 months!

I use this with the daily conditioner and my hair is so smooth and soft. It cleans well and smells good. I don't know if it fixes split ends, as I never checked if I had any before using it. I just like it for the smoothing/softning effect.

As I've entered my 50"s, my hair has really suffered. I really didn't think this product would work but knew I could get my money back. Surprise, surprise my hair was dramatically improved. I used the shampoo with the conditioner and leave in treatment.
If you have damaged hair, give this a try, especially if you buy it in a store with a good return policy. I am not easily impressed but am thrilled with this product.

I use this shampoo daily and it doesn't dry out my hair. Lathers great in our hard water where have had problems with other shampoos giving enough lather.

I've been using this product for the past year or so and I absolutely love it. I use the shampoo, conditioner, leave-in treatment, and overnight treatment! I tend to straighten my hair up to 4 times a week and this really keeps my hair from fraying at the ends. I actually haven't gotten a trim in about 6 months! It also helps out with hair frizz. Considering I live in Florida, that is a huge plus to me. Definitely try it out, you won't be sorry!

I have only been using this shampoo for a couple of days, but already I am noticing fewer split ends. I didn't think anything would really work besides trimming them off, but this product is great! And I'm not easy to please.......
