This is a great leave-in conditioner for anyone who suffers from split-ends or breakage. It is slightly heavier than the spray-on variety but does not weigh my fine hair down. I just wish the bottle was bigger so I didn't constantly run out!

This can be used per the directions of applying while hair is still wet and if you need a little additional taming after it's dry you can use it then as well. No loss of body, no greasiness. Seems to make my hair shine more, not sure if that is just an effect of less split ends going every which way or if it actually makes your hair shiny.
Especially great when it's humid.

I received a sample of this product with the purchase of Nexxus shampoo and conditioner. I used it according to package instructions, and it left my hair a sticky mess. The package calls for a "nickel sized amount" on wet hair. I have long hair (about 4" past shoulders), so I usually need a little more product than what the package calls for. I used a nickel sized amount as instructed, combed through and blow dried with a round brush. My hair is now limp and sticky to the point that I can't even run my fingers through it. Yuck. Maybe this does work for some - but start with a much smaller amount than the package calls for.

My daughters hair was so bad from the chlorine at the pool, we considered cutting it short. She has fine blonde hair and it was so bad i couldnt comb it. So far this product has done wonders. I think we will try the rest of the product line.

I really like this product, especially as someone who doesn't have a lot of time to take care of my hair. I'm always playing sports and on the go, so this is super easy to put in my hair after I shower, and really helps smooth down the split ends I get from having my hair in a ponytail a lot and skipping haircuts. Plus it smells awesome.
