I bought this for a night out, thinking if it didn't work, at least it was inexpensive. It is AMAZING. The sparkly blue is really popular now, and while it's BRIGHT, it isn't too much. So fun, easy to blend. Loved it.

My teen daughter wanted a sparkly eyeliner ! This appeared sparkly but once you put it on its very disappointing ! There is barely any sparkle and its a gooey and sticky eyeliner doesn't seem to dry ! I would save your money , I actually took this back to the store and got a sparkly eyeliner by "NYX" and it worked great !!
