This worked very well got all of my hair and didnt irritate my face at all, i did my sideburns i am very italian :( i will continue to use this product!

I bought this to wax my eyebrows and upper lip, and it worked pretty well on my eyebrows. The hair that you're waxing with it definitely has to be a little bit longer and slightly thicker (like in the eyebrows, as opposed to upper lip) in order to get it all off. It's easy to apply and the wax comes off easily-no annoying sticky spots afterwards or anything. It did take quite a bit longer to heat up than it stated on the package.

This product worked as described on the box. If the hairs, even in the same area, grow in different directions, you will have to apply the wax multiple times, but the pulling is relatively painless (on the face anyway). I have tried other brands that claim to be environmentally friendly, but I believe true friends to the environment are not wasteful. This product is environmentally friendly, even if its ingredients don't sound like items from your refrigerator, because it works...buy it+use it=Zero Waste!

I used this product on my upper lip and had no luck with it. I tried it three times and each time it would maybe remove only two hairs. A couple weeks after buying it the container of wax became completely dried out and wouldn't even soften when microwaved. I decided to go the bleach route and it was a lot easier to use and worked great.

I have used this product twice. I wish I'd thrown it away but I refuse to pluck so I tried using it again. I had the same experience as I did the last time. You have to heat it up for AT LEAST five minutes, but it took mine seven entire minutes. You have to re-wax the same area (my brows) at least three to four times in order to remove all unwanted hair. It drips so there is extensive washing to be done once you've finished. Today, this took me several minutes and I still have some wax in my brows. I used the hottest tap water available - instead of disolving the wax, it just moves it around! In the end I used hot water, soap and almost scrubbed my brow areas raw! I threw the remaining portion in the trash so I would not be tempted to use it again in the future. Do not purchase this mess of a product!

Didn't heat up practically at all , broke my skin out severely .
