eGift Card Terms & Conditions:
Your purchase and/or use of the ULTA eGift Card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ULTA eGift Card Purchases:

• ULTA eGift Cards can only be purchased on the www.ulta.com website. ULTA eGift Cards are sent to a recipient's email address and are available in the denominations of $10, $25 and $50.
• Purchasers of ULTA eGift Cards are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address for the recipient during the purchase and checkout process on www.ulta.com.
• Purchasers of ULTA eGift Cards will receive an order confirmation email containing the eGift Card value and the recipient's email address.
• Refunds will not be made for eGift Card purchases sent to an incorrect, invalid or undeliverable email address provided by the purchaser. ULTA is not responsible if the eGift card is lost or redeemed by an incorrect recipient.
• Redemption instructions for the ULTA eGift Card will be provided in the email sent to the recipient. ULTA eGift Card

Redemptions:

• Recipients of ULTA eGift Cards will receive an email from ULTA within 24 hours of purchase with the value of the eGift Card, the eGift Card number, PIN number, an optional personalized message from the purchaser and eGift Card Terms & Conditions.
• ULTA eGift Cards may be used for making purchases only on www.ulta.com and may be redeemed in stores.
• To redeem an ULTA eGift Card online, place an order on www.ulta.com and complete the checkout process. The value of your order amount plus any sales tax, shipping & handling fees, and any other charges will be automatically deducted from the available balance on the ULTA eGift Card. Only one eGift Card can be redeemed per online order.
• You may check the available balance on your ULTA eGift Card at www.ulta.com.
• Unless required by law, this ULTA eGift Card (a) cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or eGift cards and (b) will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission or sent to an incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable email address provided by the purchaser.
• ULTA eGift Cards do not expire. There are no fees for ULTA eGift Cards.
