I have been using now for 2 weeks and I believe I see a difference. I work out 4 days a week and watch what I eat so I'm not absolutely sure how well this is working but I really have seen a difference in the past 2 weeks.

I use it right after I get out of the shower. I use the fat girl scrub before hand. I put about a quarter size in my palm and rub it in a circular motion on my stomach and an up and down motion on my sides and back. I use a little bit on my upper arms too using an up and down motion. It smells pepperminty and tingles the skin. I LOVE IT! Follow w fat girl slim.

I was really excited to get this in the mail. I've read so many great reviews about this product and other Bliss products online that I really wanted to try it out for myself. However, so far, I have to say I am just a little bit disappointed. I have noticed very, very minimal changes but they don't last. Some people have said they feel a burning or cooling sensation but frankly, I don't feel anything at all when I put this stuff on. It smells really minty and it's a little bit hard to rub in. It has a really weird texture, it's kind of slimy. It seems to be helping minimize stretch mark appearance on my tummy a little bit though, which is strange because that's not what it's actually for! I've used this product in conjunction with my workouts but it doesn't have much effect for me. I will finish off the bottle just because I paid such a high price for it, but won't purchase this product again.
