After reading several glowing recommendations for this product, I ordered it and was highly disappointed. I am a very pale person. This product did not make me look tan. The first time I tried it, I looked like I dusted myself with bronzing powder and it lasted about 4 hours. Definitely something I could have done myself without buying this product. The second time I tried it, I saw no difference. I carefully read the directions and tried to correct for any possible mistakes. I was just not satisfied. It definitely is not a tanner.

I have very fair skin and its takes 3 months for me to get tan...and I have to be outside 5 days a week for hours. I have tried ALMOST everything to get a tan, I tried lotions, other sprays, tanning beds and quick bronzers, something to add some sort of color. I read about the product and I knew that I wanted to try it. IT WORKS WONDERFUL!! I followed all the directions, I like that if you miss a spot you can tell and fix it right away. I missed 3 spots the first time because I couldn't see them but I fixed them the next morning and it works great. It hasn't faded yet so that is good. The two things I am not a fan of is, that the bottle is pretty small and I only get 5 head to toe (and I am about 6 feet tall) uses, but it's a good price, better than tanning beds or professional spray tans. The other is the smell, it's not too strong but you can smell it until you shower. I will definatley be using this for a while! I love it!

I will use this product again and again. First tanner I have found that does not smell horrible. Very easy to use. Spray on and rub in is all I do. Creates very natural look. LOVE IT!!!!!

It has a very slight smell at first but I think I've been using it so long that I'm immune to it.

I'm a budget buyer, but budget doesn't always mean buying the cheapest. This product is sooooo worth the money. I've bought less costly products and have been sorely disappointed. Great coverage, easy to apply, dries quickly, no icky smell. Oh, and you get a lot of uses out of the one can/bottle, so it is a good buy for the budget.

I always have had bad experiences with tanners. I'm very fair skinned. This product produces a realistic looking tan. I use on my legs & feet for when wearing crop pants as a quick fix and all over body too. Enough product to last a good while! Easy to apply, does not stain; only tanner I will use!

The spray application is messy. I layed down an old towel. Also, a lot went on the towel so a lot of product was wasted. I exfoliated and applied product from the neck down. Did use a glove to rub in. Let dry for 10 minutes. Put on clothes and went to sleep. Took a shower in the morning and the color was BEAUTIFUL. very natural looking.

The first time I used this product I didn't expect good results despite positive reviews. It comes out in a weird purple color -- which I had read in other reviews and had anticipated, but even after knowing it was going to spray purple, it still surprised me because it is dark! Not something you would want to spray on and leave the house. I had visions of a nice airbrushed bronzed look, NOT! It sprays in splatters and this made me panic a bit and I felt the need to rub in the splatters, which made the product streak in some areas and rub off of itself in others. I did not at all expect good results and was a bit disappointed right after spraying. BUT, even after all my rubbing, to my surprise it still created a very natural looking streak free tan.

On second application a few days later I got brave and just sprayed my whole body in the shower. I tried not to look at the splatters and the fact that I looked like I had bruises all over my body and I resisted every urge i had to rub it in. It took a few minutes to feel dry enough to get dressed and the smell is just like any other self tanner. After about an hour, the purple does disappear and leaves you with a slightly tanned look, which gets darker after time. The self tan smell dissipates after a while. You can still smell it if you smell your own skin, but not like other tanners where you completely stink all day.

So, it did take a bit of trial and error to use this product, but I am very satisfied with the end results. Color is very natural looking and tan, not a hint of orange at all. I would definitely buy again!
