Love this dryer. Love the comb attachment which really decreases the frizz factor my hair has! Great heat and not heavy. Have the dryer for over a year and use it daily. I even take it when I travel, it's not too big, not too small.

The comb attachment is poorly attached to the dryer and keeps falling off. I have long, very coarse hair... All of the sudden, the blow drying experience becomes tedious, lengthy, frustrating... 1 hour+.
Eventually, the comb gives in and taping it to the blow dryer does not help. The best is that the manufacturer is no where to be found online. I would like to hear if anyone has succeeded in getting support from this company, or was ever able to buy an attachment. I'll say... buy a known brand..........

I bought this hair dryer a year ago and it recently started making a weird zapping sound when I blow dryed my hair. Then I noticed with every zap sound a blue flash would come out of it. I stopped using it immediately.
