Good for exfoiliating. I love the scratchy side thats used for exfoiliating. I feel liek it does a good job in that aspect. It works into a good lather. You may not even need bodywash if you use it all over and it has a pleasant smell. The surface you're supposed to use for massage...can't say how well it works for cellulite as I've only been using it for about a week and I doubt it will make miracles, but i'm sure the massaging and the ingredients do something. Only thing is my arms get tired from massaging, but that's anoher issue lol

Sponge does not last forever and has to be replaced. Can get approximately 15 plus showers from the sponge.

It cleans well, but can be abrasive. I haven't used it long enough to make a call on the anti cellulite claim.

I got the Grapefruit one (if anyone cares) in the beginning of January and am about to get the Orchid one as it is with black tea (and vanilla orchid). After about 3 months, I am still not through with it. It still foams. I do not think that this massage sponge will rid one of the deep-skin fat or cellulite, because it's a matter of diet, genetics, and fitness, but I do believe that any sort of massage or stimulation of a sedentiary, untouched, unused muscle / part of body will stimulate the blood flow in it and therefore improve the look of that part of body (just compare and contrast other parts of your body with the skin on / under the bum). I also believe that this sponge deposits a beneficial mixture of anti-cellulite blend and accompanies the massaging to break down the fat beneath (even if very superficial) layers of skin. Remember the history of the first half of the 20th century when they had those massaging machines instead of treadmills in fitness centers? I'm not old, but just saw it on TV. Anyways, I use this sponge on my buttocks, arms, midriff (waist, stomach, and the back). And I do massage myself by applying forceful movements. Love the buffing side of the sponge. Not only does it help with the circulation, it also exfoliates.

I use it in the shower everyday. I still havent noticed any resuts yet. Im also working out at the gym for two weeks now. So hopefully Ill start to see those dimples slowly go away. The rough side does hurt, lol I thought my legs were going to bleed. After using the rough side it feels good to use the soft side of it. I love the smell of it. I will buy it again once this is gone. 3 stars just because Im still using it with no results yet.

Although I have been using the product now for about a week, I cannot tell a difference. I'm still holding out to see if there's any validity to the claim 'anti-cellulite'.
