After shampooing leave this product in your hair, rinse. This product is awesome! Better than any other mask I've ever used before. The first time I used the mask I saw and felt a huge difference. My hair was silky, soft, and shinny. The only complaint I had was it was a bit pricey. I would definitely buy this product again

I received at first a sample of this product, I used it and was sooooo amazed over just one application how my dry, thick, textured,wavy hair felt!
So, I went to the "Ulta" store that just opened in our area and bought both the Shampoo and Conditioner. Great product and you only need to use a small fingernail amount!!

Excellent product. I have relaxed hair that is normally dry and coarse. I used about 3 x more than recommended, left it in for a few hours, and covered it with a shower cap. It came out with a lot of shine and softness. I'd definitely recommend it.

was told to use from nape of neck to the roots.. used it as told worked in shower but when untangling my hair seen I was losing too much hair but it did the job until I towel dried hair tangles came back twofold

My hair is dry and damage from swimming work outs (chlorine), coloring and highlights. Once a week I leave the Essential Shea Ultra Rich Mask on my hair after shampooing when I leave the pool. I rinse it off the next morning and my hair looks 100% better. It really restores the shine that is present in healthy hair. I also use Anti-Breakage Treatment Mask once a week. Both work great!!!

Have fine, naturally curly hair, and the most terrible fly-aways. Love this deep conditioning treatment. After trying this I went ahead and bought the shampoo and conditioner and now I'm ably to style my hair as I've been dreaming of the last 10 yrs!
