I really like the Chi pro hair drier. It dries my hair quickly and with a shine. I like the low setting because I use Velcro rollers and use the low setting. It is heavier than I thought, so isn't great for travel.

This was my second CHI purchase and I am as disappointed as the first. Both hairdryers stopped producing hot air within a year of purchase. I only use it about every other day, so I'm not sure how they can consider it a professional hairdryer...I'm pretty sure it would not hold up to multiple uses at a salon. I tried contacting the company directly and never even got a response after two attempts. I will NEVER purchase this brand again.
