I am usually not willing to wear shirts that show my back or wear my hair up because of the acne on my back. Ever since I started using this spray and the Neutrogena body wash my back is really clear and my boyfriend says it looks the best it ever has in the four years we've dated. I have only been using it for two weeks and my back is almost completely clear with the exception of a few black heads. I also use it on my arms and chest. I LOVE this.

I used this product twice a day, morning and night, for over a month. So far i have not seen any results, and it some what looks worse than before

I was disappointed in this product after all the great reviews. I have been using it 1-2 times per day (the bottle recommends 3 times per day, but who has time for that?) for a couple weeks and have seen maybe 40% improvement in the acne on my back, but worsened acne on my chest and shoulders. It's too bad because this is the only product of its kind that I've found- wish it worked better!

It helps clear ocassional breakouts and small pimples (not cystic) on your back. I just wish there was a better way to apply it to your back without needing someone to help spray!

My chest and back started to break out about a year and a half ago. I thought it was from working out. I found out about this body clear spray and thought I had nothing to lose. It works great. I spray it on once a day after getting out of the shower. My acne has gone away. I still use it because I work out and from sweating I think it keeps the acne at bay.

This product is easy to use. I've been using it for a week. I don't use it a couple times a day like the bottle suggests. I mainly use it after I work out. I like it so far. It seems to dry out existing pimples.

Don't be too concerned about the initial smell because it fades as soon as it dries which is really quickly.
