I just bought this product and wanted to love it, I can't review the lash enhancing serum, since it has only been a couple days, but from what I used, it was somewhat runny and it burned. As for the eye liner - I bought two different eye liners from Ulta, this being one of them. The other one I bought (priced about the same, but suggested by employees) went on flawlessly. I tried this one, to see which I liked better, and egads! A) you have to dip it in a lot to get a usable amount on the brush. B) it runs and it burns. Seriously. I put a little near my eye lashes and it bled into my eye all the way down to my bottom eye lashes. It burned bad. I thought "my mistake" and tried with a lesser amount, same thing happened. I have tried this eye liner every day for 3 days and the same thing keeps happening. C) It leaves streaks on your eyelids if you blink, even 30 min - an hour after application. Yesterday, I got ready, left for work, checked myself in the mirror before I left, then checked again when I got to work - streaks everywhere on my upper eye lid D) The brush and the liner itself make it hard to actually apply the stuff evenly. When you try to thicken the line or make the lines even, the stuff keeps smudging/streaking (as previously noted) onto your upper eyelid. This morning was the worst and made me give up on this product: I tried to put this on extremely carefully. Mind you, I had just applied my face primer, eye primer, and powder foundation. I started trying to apply this stuff very carefully and slowly, trying to prevent the running and the smudging, what happens? It goes on super uneven (never had this problem with other liquid eye liners), I tried to even it all out, ensuring not too much and not too little eyeliner is on the brush, and it runs into my eye; by this point, I am blinking nonstop and my eyes are tearing up and burning, so the stuff runs even more and starts smudging all over my eye lid from the blinking; and when I tried to carefully clean the streaks on my eye lid and at the bottom of my eye and it smudged EVERYWHERE (it is difficult to get off), it looked like I had black eyes. I had to clean all of my makeup off, reapply, and just go with the other liner I bought, which went on beautifully and did not run into my eye or streak on my upper eye lid (it also didn't burn).

Love the liner but feels like I have to dip the pen 5 times before something is actually on the brush and so I can get it as dark as I want it.

I purchased this having really liked other Too Faced products. Yet another that does not disappoint and exceeds my expectations. I was looking for black eyeliner that had a very thin brush. I purchased this for the eyeliner alone and then tried the serum. I've always had very thin lashes and noticed a difference after two uses. I'm going to be sticking with Too Faced. Love everything I've purchased from their line.

The best way to use this product is as a base liner to line closely against eyeslashes (which help strengthen and grow your eyelashes). By itself, it does not stay as a defined liner, but as a serum for eyelashes it is great. Have used product for over 18 mos and my lashes are definitely stronger and longer.

Purchased to help improve thickness and length of eyelashes. Have not seen much results yet. Does not work as well as Lateese but is quite a bit less expensive. Product irritates if it gets into eyes.

I have only been using this for 2 weeks now so I can't give a full review. But so far I can say this: I like that the serum doesn't run or cause any type of burning. I have sensitive eyes and I have been able to use this with no issues. The eyeliner side doesn't stay on as long as I would like, but then again, it's not meant to be an all day wearing eyeliner. I have noticed little eyelashes growing out, so I believe it to be working.

So far I like it, but havn't seen any real noticable difference yet, but I've only been wearing it for a few days. I like the fact that there is a serum and an eyeliner, and if you dont want a liquid eyeliner, you can just use the serum for a natural look. It stays in place and looks great on. Just be careful, cause if you accidently get the serum in your eye it stings like crazy!
