worthless. I've waxed for years and only hard wax works correctly. Gave this a try because there was a trial size; I could have had just as effective a result if I'd used peanut butter.

I can agree with some previous reviews, that this product is difficult to spread. However, with a little patience, it is completely manageable. For the price, and the fact that this is an organic item, I will at least finish the product and possibly even repurchase. I would rather use this product 100x again before paying $15-20 for an eyebrow wax.

Consistency was like syrup or honey but thicker. Attempted to use on eyebrow & upper lip. Did not remove hair. Very messy. Returned product to Ulta.

I liked this product because it was organic and seemed easy to use. When I opened the container, it was a thick hard gel that could not spread/smear. The directions stated that it was not to be warmed, but it was impossible to get any out of the pot. I soaked the container in warm water to see if I could loosen the product and it worked. I spread it on my skin according to the directions, and it did not remove the hair like wax does. In the end, it's a messy hassle that does not work.
