I use this after I wash my face as a toner. It's VERY potent and you smell it right away (not the best smell, very alcohol-ish). It stings a bit especially around erupted acne areas, but not to a point where it hurts. But leaves face feeling really clean and also calms down any redness from acne.

This product does have an intoxicating smell, almost unbearable, but since the effects of it are amazing... I would've given it a 5 if it weren't for the smell. It smoothes out my skin and leaves it with a healthy glow; however, it does have a strong formula to it so it might possibly break people out or simply just leave the skin irritated. OH! and it removes ALL makeup that cleansers or makeup wipes haven't removed!
It cleans the pores definitely and I love how it instantly improves the texture of my skin.

For the last couple of years I have had bad clogged pores (some pimples, many blackheads). I am in my 40s, and am constantly on the lookout for a product that I can afford that works well. I had high hopes for this product, and was more exited to see all of the "junk" it removed from skin. But day after day, there has not been significant change in my clogged pores or skin texture. I have used the wash daily for a couple of weeks.

I use every night after washing my face with my face wash. I dampen a small cotton ball and wipe all over my face. It gets the dirt and oil left behind and picks up any blackheads. My face feels clean and refreshed. Sometimes I use it in the morning instead of washing my face. It comes out a little crooked when dispensing so be careful when applying to cotton ball. Other than that a great product. I will continue to buy.

I have used this awesome cleanser for over 30 years. There's nothing that can compare to it for completely removing makeup. But don't use it to remove eye makeup. It's too strong for that. Unfortunately it cannot be found in stores any more, but can be purchased on the internet. The bottle size is half what it used to be for the same price, but I will continue to buy it because it is still the best.
