I use this to relax in the tub and because I like the scent. I don't use it for any particular condition, but I do feel relaxed after using it and I would recommend using at least 1 or 2 cups in the bath minimum.

This is great for putting in your tub and having a nice relaxing soak. It smells nice and your skin feels nice when you are finished. Nothing better than a long soak and then jumping into bed for a nice relaxed evening under the covers.

I discovered bath salts years ago as the perfect skin softener. Not only does Dr. Teal's bath salts do the job it is supposed to (ease pain) but it makes your skin feel so soft and smell very nice. It is harder and harder to buy bath salts due to the misuse. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS OFF THE MARKET. My feet look beautiful, I never have to worry about dry skin and it is so relaxing to take a nice relaxing bath.
